Common Question Analysis :
1) Q: Why is the receiver and camera starting without image?
    A: Before this product leaving the factory, the kit has already set one-to-one the good frequency, under the normal condition,you turn on the receiver and camera's power source,the receiver can receive the image, if it cannot receive, you may carry on the frequency again to the code establishment, simultaneously holds down the receiver and the camera “POWER” for 5 seconds, presents up to the image until on the receiver screen.
2) Q: Why can't it receive the image when external connection in the certain distance?
    A: Whether the distance between the camera and the receiver is too far, or the obstacle which is separated , usually using in the spacious 200 meter within scope; In the room it is away from each other and the concrete environment relations are big.
3) Q: Why has it not connected the power source adapter to use Library suddenly static or the receiver black screen?
    A: The image is still possible that the camera battery had run out of black screen and power light is off, maybe the receiver run out of power, need to re-charge or connect the power adapter.
4) Q: When is the camera facing the receiver, you can not hear voice and speak each other?
    A: Hold on the receiver to be speaking on the panel "TALK" button, and note that the camera speaker volume is turned lower.
